e are located in San Isidro de El General, 200 meters south of the Estadio Municipal Perez Zeledon, compared to the international road south coast. We have an approximate area of 1,100 square meters on one floor, ample parking, no stairs or elevators. We have emergency pull stations that alert us to any kind of danger, both deaf and for the blind, smoke detectors in all the rooms and three spacious emergency exits to evacuate the building quickly if necessary. We comply with the 7600 Act “Equal Opportunities Law for Persons with Disabilities”.
Serviced by qualified staff, our reception features a computer system of our client base that allows us to expedite administration processes and keep track of all relevant statistics, in order to evaluate the service quality we offer on a regular basis. We also have a private wireless network that allows us to interact with all the services we provide, minimizing wait times.

The Shock Room has Cardiac Monitors, Defibrillator for children and adults, Cardio Respiratory Stop Shopping, Oxygen Infusion Pump Electrocardiogram, Vacuum, Autoinflatable laryngeal masks and / or Endotracheal Tubes, pulse oximetry, Venturi, Masks with reservoir Ambu, among others, required to handle any emergencies qualified.
The Shock Room – Clínica Privada de Urgencias PZ
It has acclimatized air conditioning and electric beds, each one with comfortable chairs for family members. This room has its own infirmary.
It also features ECG and multi-parameter monitors, which allows us to monitor blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, heart rhythm, blood temperature and oxygenation when the patient requires it.
We also have a defibrillator with monitor and pacemaker for qualified emergencies, in addition to the crash cart with all the necessary equipment for any emergency. We also have an isolation cubicle to treat patients with contagious and infectious diseases.

We provide completely private rooms for such patients that request it. They are fully equipped and include an electric bed, sofa, acclimatized air conditioning, wireless telephone, smoke detectors, wireless Internet, cable TV, bathroom with shower, and more.

It features an autoclave and a heat sealer in order to sterilize and pack all the appropriate surgical equipment.

Our staff cafeteria allows our personnel to be present within the facilities at all times in case of a qualified emergency.
Our restrooms comply with Law 7600 “Ley Igualdad de Oportunidades para las Personas con Discapacidad” for the comfort of disabled people. We have a diaper dispenser in case a client would require it.
